FEE SCHEDULE - PRICING STRUCTURE AND CONTRACT OVERVIEW _________________________________________________________
Fees for services, while flexible based upon the type of business, the time frame and the desired result in end sales; follow these basic guidelines:
Retainer:
$8,000 - $20,000 per month.
We do a 4 month trial period to "test the waters".
Commissions:
A percentage of 2% to 10% based on dollar amount of Purchase Orders. Again, this will depend on the type of business, the timeliness for bringing products through a design phase into production and the anticipated revenues from sales of the contracted items.
This will include a three year minimum payout, as the first year can typically be consumed by
R & D processes.
Final Note:
The potential for new business must meet a level of $5 million dollars and a signed contract by both parties must be in force before work can begin.
Venture Capital Funding Retainer fee of $4,000 per month for a 12 month period Commissions are 3 points on dollar amount raised. Retainer fees are deducted from commissions.
Public Relations retainer fee is $4000 per month for placement of articles, news releases blog etc. A 3 month minimum committal is required.
